If you think ordinary Golf GTI is just too common and doesn’t suit your profile. There is something suitable for you if you live in Australia.
Volkswagen Australia has imported a batch of limited edition Golf GTI that looks sportier than the regular GTI. Regrettably, the performance is the same as the regular model but fair enough to look much more outstanding. It is known as Golf GTI Adidas.
It looks like a trend lately for automaker to work with apparels or exclusive labels. For Volkswagen, they had work with Adidas sportswear to come out with this exclusive Golf GTI model. It is first special edition of Golf GTI Mark-6. The previous limited edition of GTI was the 2008 Pirelli GTI which based on the Mark-5 model.
Adidas’s famous triple stripes are most evident on the exclusive cloth and leather sports seats and a pair of small badges on both the door pillars. The Adidas edition comes with its new 18-inch multi-U-spoke alloy wheels and a rear LED tail-lights from the Golf R. Other unique features include inside the car is a dimpled golf ball design for the gear knob, which look like a stick-shift of the original, Mark-1 GTI.
This new Golf GTI Adidas model will make its debut in upcoming Sydney motor show next month.
