2011 Honda Fit Shuttle JDM Postpones the Launch Due to Massive Japan Quake

The massive Japan earthquake and tsunami have forced Honda to postpone the launching of the new 2011 Honda Fit Shuttle for its domestic market.

Supposedly, this car was scheduled to take place on 17 March 2011. Regrettably, Honda said it has not yet decided on a new release date and that the company will follow up with an announcement with more details soon.

The new Fit Shuttle is approximately 510mm longer than the standard Fit/Jazz. In Japan, this model will be offered with a 1.5-litre 4-cylinder engine (similar to 1.5 Fit/Jazz) and a hybrid model which featuring a 1.3-litre 4-cylinder engine with IMA (10kW electric motor).  According to Honda Japan, the retail prices for the new Fit Shuttle in Japan will start from 1.61 million Yen for the 1.5 model and from 1.81 million Yen for the 1.3 Hybrid IMA model.

Based on our overview opinion, we don’t classify this car as beautiful nor handsome Maybe, we shall call it practicality.
