ETCM announced Nissan Relief Campaign for affected Nissan Customers

Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) and Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis (TCEAS) today announced the commencement of the “Nissan Relief Campaign” for Nissan customers in flood-stricken areas around the country.

The campaign aims to assist owners whose Nissan vehicles have been damaged by the current floods that have hit the states of Malaysia, mainly Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Perak, Perlis and Sabah. The Nissan Relief Campaign will provide:

1. 25 percent discount on Nissan genuine spare parts on affected Nissan vehicles.
2. 25 percent discount on labour charges on affected Nissan vehicles.
3. Free towing charges on affected Nissan vehicles of up to RM150.
4. Three (3) months or 5,000 km warranty on labour and Nissan genuine parts replacement on affected Nissan vehicles.

“As a Malaysian company, our growth has only been due to the support Malaysians have given us throughout the years. And with the flood situation being one of the worst in this country’s history, this is one way we can help relief the burden of our customers. It is our responsibility to do what we can to assist those who have supported us in their time of need,” says Mr Tan Keng Meng, Director of Marketing and Product Planning of ETCM.

The Nissan Relief Campaign will run with immediate effect, till 28 February 2015. Flood victims are urged to send their affected Nissan vehicles to the nearest service centre.
